1 contact the customer service staff within 7 days after receiving the goods, and take photos to confirm that it is a product quality problem. If no photos are provided or contact is out of date, the loss shall be borne by the customer.

2. Non-quality problems (subjective factors such as color or personal preference):
without using it and without affecting our secondary sales,
contact the customer service staff to return the product within 7 days after receiving the goods (note the model, size and color) and send the product back to our company, and send the express order number to the customer service, the company has received the goods and confirmed that the products are in good condition for you to return/exchange.
The return freight shall be borne by the buyer.
3. Less delivery or wrong delivery:
please contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods, provide the order number, distribution list, take photos and the actual weight of the goods received. If the goods are not provided or contacted out of time, the loss shall be borne by the customer, we will reissue it for you if you confirm that there is less wrong delivery. Our company is responsible for the round-trip freight.
