Please confirm the following points when filling a tire when a leak is found:

1. Mark the puncture site of the tyre and pull out the puncture.

2. Explore the puncture direction of the puncture with the tire patch probe, insert and jerk along the puncture direction to remove dust and debris in the puncture.

3. Cut one end of the rubber strip into an oblique opening and insert the hole at the front end of the needle insertion tool, so that the length of the rubber strip at both ends of the hole is basically the same.

4. Insert the insert needle with rubber strip into the tire along the puncture to ensure that the rubber strip is inserted in 2/3 length(Make sure the cold filler strip penetrates the tire to avoid slipping out after inflation).Rotate the pin 360 degrees and pull out the pin.

5. The remaining tire patch strips outside the tire shall be cut off in a length of 5mm on the tread.

Notes:

1. Probe must be used to find out the direction of puncture, so as to ensure that the insertion direction and position of the rubber strip are consistent with the puncture direction of the nail hole, otherwise there will be air leakage. For example, the Angle between the puncture direction and the tread is tilted 50 degrees.

2. After confirming that the rubber strip is enough to penetrate the tire, rotate the needle inserting tool for one turn (360 degrees) and pull it out to ensure that the rubber strip squeezes the puncture wound and forms a rotating knot in the tire to avoid air leakage.

3. For deep oblique hole wounds, the length of rubber strips must be ensured to ensure that the rubber strips can penetrate the tire.
