Instructions for correct use of adhesive strips:
check the following points when air leakage is found for tire repair:
1. Mark the puncture part of the tire and pull out the puncture.
2. Use the tire repair probe to verify the penetration direction of blow hole, and insert the twitch along the blow hole direction to remove dust and debris within blow hole.
3. Cut one end of the strip into a bevel and penetrate into the front hole of the pin tool to make the length of the strip at both ends of the hole basically the same.
4. Insert the with rubber strip pin into the tire along the blow hole to ensure that the rubber strip is inserted into the 2/3 length(Tire repair string must be determined to penetrate the matrix to avoid sliding out after inflation), and rotate the pin 360 degrees and pull out the pin.
5. Cut off the remaining tire repair strip outside the tire.
Note:
1. The probe must be used to verify the blow hole direction, so as to ensure that the insertion direction and position of the strip are consistent with the penetration direction of the nail hole, otherwise air leakage will occur, for example, the angle between the blow hole direction and the tread is 50 degrees oblique, probe and pin insertion should also follow this slope operation.
2. After confirming that the rubber strip is enough to penetrate the tire, pull it out after a circle (360 degrees) of the rotating bar pin tool to ensure that the rubber strip presses blow hole the wound and forms a rotating knot in the tire to avoid air leakage.
3. If there is a deep oblique hole wound, the length of the Strip must be ensured to ensure that the strip can penetrate the tire.
